Welcome to PTS!

\r\nPTS Overview\r\n\r\nNot-for-profit organizations whose wages include 75% for disabled employees qualify to utilize the Javits, Wagner, O’Day – JWOD – legislation that allows companies to pay disabled workers a commensurate wage based upon the disabled worker’s level of productivity relative to a standard established by non-disabled workers. Paying commensurate wage provides cost efficiencies for business operations; however, it also requires thorough, accurate, and quantifiable data collection and processing procedures.\r\n\r\nThe Productivity Tracking System (PTS) is an interactive relational database software program written in Microsoft Access that was specifically designed to store and process data resulting from employee tasks for which commensurate wages may be paid. Although the logic is extremely complex, the user interface and utility are simple by design. Whether you are entering new data, looking for old data, printing reports, or analyzing results, ease of use is the PTS priority.\r\n\r\nUnderstanding labor operating expenses on a daily basis was the driving force behind designing PTS and is the primary objective in its utilization. To meet that objective, a disciplined process of collecting data and processing the results in PTS is required. With very little effort, PTS can produce dozens of reports which management can use to understand the affects of their decisions on their operations thereby allowing adjustments to be made when needed to meet operating goals.\r\nThe time it takes to cycle information from input to output is intended to be very short term. Assuming the paperwork submitted to the PTS administrator from the site is current and accurate and assuming the PTS Administrator devotes some time each day to enter current data into PTS and running the Prepare Reports procedure, it is a realistic expectation that in about an hour after the time the paperwork has been received, profitability reports may be available for review.\r\n\r\nPTS converts task details into direct labor costs which are key to projecting profitability. Given that direct labor is a key element in calculating payroll, profitability results serve a second purpose by also being used to calculate wages for employees with PTS task data.\r\nTimeIPS is a complete network-based digital time-clock system that automates time, attendance, job tracking, benefits and payroll functions. TimeIPS systems are patented, fully integrated, scalable, versatile, self-contained clocks and server appliances.\r\n\r\nWhether you have as few as 5 employees or as many as 50,000 employees, TimeIPS is a complete system that will provide superior automated time and management capabilities to your business or organization.\r\n
